The paradox of an improvisatory style, where time and the immediate recall of the creative act are an integral part of a musical, danced invention; the object and space become musical scores. Two body-based techniques, voice and dance, fuse, collide, combine.  Who is dancing, who is making music in this intense, complex experience, a calligraphy of bodies and sounds moving to the same rhythms, creating a point somewhere between control and total abandon, "as if the present could not be created without a prior awareness of traces left behind by what is no longer here" ?
