The creation of "Provinces of my mind" was inspired by the work of Kenneth Rexroth on jazz poetry from the 1950's and 60's.

Liquid body, solid body, fragmentation – the space determines the subject, provides an occasion to see, feel, listen, to examine what relates to our minds, what escapes us at just that point where we cannot find the right word as we examine our relationships, contexts, the complexity of intimacy.

Within a strictly defined improvisatory structure, five artists offer their shared experience of the present moment, which, like a pulse, incessantly changes.
